About our products
We sell liquidation and wholesale inventory to business buyers: pallets, bin-store loads and truckloads of customer returns, overstock and shelf pulls. Each listing states what is in the load, its condition and where it ships from. Because loads are made up of liquidation inventory, please read the listing carefully before you buy.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a price is listed in error, and will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping cost, free-shipping threshold and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns, restocking fees and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Accounts and use of the site
You agree to give accurate information when you order or contact us, and not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.
